By downloading, installing, or using the BucketGolf app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

BucketGolf is a scoring and social app for the game of Bucket Golf. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Treat other users with respect

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading game data
• Impersonate another person
• Reverse engineer or modify the app

Content you create in the app (display name, profile picture, game data) remains yours. By using the app, you grant BucketGolf a non-exclusive license to display and process this content as needed to provide the service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. BucketGolf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

BucketGolf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BucketGolf and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
